The Party contested 6 seats in Hull and 9 in the East Riding. Each candidate attracted between 5% and 10% of the vote. The voting stats have been added to the 2023 candidate pages. Many Green supporters vote strategically of other party candidates, due to the first past the post system. Under proportional representation, we'dexpect a much higher proportion of the vote. There is not another all-out election in the East Riding until 2027, but elections in most Hull wards next year.
